Abstract

Amplitude of mechanical oscillations of ultrasonic working tool is important characteristic of ultrasonic force to work piece. Ultrasonic transducer is high-Q oscillation resonance system, therefore every acoustic load provides reduce of an oscillations amplitude. Optical methods not influence to oscillation process. In this article describes method of visual observation through microscope use stroboscopic light source. This method has high precision and hasn't necessary for predetermined calibration.
